This place is not for everybody. Perfect if you have a boat, your own water supply and are prepared to pay extra for hot showers. It really is set up for the very friendly and helpful Yass locals who own the cabins and use as a weekender. Waterfront site, but the tightest ever with 5cm either side of our caravan, between trees. Not worth $40 for a couple when water wasn't available

Unfortunately the drought has taken its toll on this Resort like others on the Murrumbidgee River. It'll do for an overnight stop and it does have beautiful rolling hills for a backdrop. See photos. Ladies middle toilet still 'out of order'.

Three words, no no no.
