For $40 a night, this place is grim. We'll be forfeiting our planned second night here. Very run down, grotty facilities.

The clean amenities comments must refer to the previous owners, they were dirty when we arrived and hadn't been cleaned when we left 3 days later. Park is mostly permanents with only about 10 small sites. Had same problem with the power supply as the previous review, could only run the toaster and kettle, anything else at the same time tripped the circuit breaker.

Currently staying here on a large grassy site. Park is mainly permanent vans and cabins with only a few sites. Grounds are well kept and while bathrooms are older they are spotlessly clean! Everyone is friendly and good spot for us to access all the sites of Batemans Bay.
