Great place, loved it, ended up staying 3 nights. Helpful friendly staff, and the location is so perfect. The town is at the gate, and the waterways on the other side of the park. Brilliant flat walks or bike tracks everywhere. I stayed at the crowded end nearest the breakwater the first night and then moved to the spacious far end for 2 nights. I think you need to ask for this.

Enjoy our stay here we found it very quiet park lovely walks along the water front easy walk into town market wed morning, some reviews saying on top of each other but we didn't find that at all, amenities could do with some TLC but were clean

Great park. We stayed a week. Great location, clean facilities (plumbing could do with some maintenance), level sites. Paid $49 p/n was good value.
