Stayed 3 nights on powered van site $100 up near the tennis courts very quiet You get what you pay for Management were friendly and helpful Games room and TV room.were dirty and smelly pool was crystal clear Amenities are not to bad cleaners really need to clean them top to bottom daily keep ya thongs on Permanent residents let the park down by having there areas untidy Overall it wasn't as bad as I had thought after seeing some reviews on here we would stay again

Old and in need of some TLC but if you can look beyond the rough exterior and camp towards the back it is not too bad a stay with pets. Showers are much better than they look. Largely permanent residents who are like the park rough around the edges but friendly.

Not really a place to stay unless it's your last resort or your budget is super tight. Mainly permanent residents and so close to the highway if you roll out of bed the wrong way . You're roadkill! Give this place a miss .
