As the previous review indicated, large potholes from excessive downpours are still making it difficult to get from the main turnoff at the School to the holiday park some 4 ks plus. Not ideal, particularly for vans. It is also cane harvesting time with excessive noise very early. No shops anywhere near the holiday park so need to make sure you have everything you need. Nice Rural retreat, pleasant for children and dogs. Clean amenities and the staff are extremely helpful. Need to think about what you are really looking for.

Loved this place. Off the beaten track with loads of space & bush AND we could have a fire! Good fishing, amenities spotless, staff super nice, kangaroos & loads of stuff for the kids to do. Really liked the fake grass site. I would imagine it is super busy in Summer.

We loved this park. Was it muddy? Yes. Would you expect that considering the amount of rain this area has had? Yes. My kids had an absolute BALL. And it was incredible peaceful being out of town. We have stayed at Blue Dolphin in town before and we much preferred this. Plenty of room to wander around. Splash park was amazing for the kids. As was the playground. Felt very safe. Can't wait to come back! Also loved we could have fire pits on site. And the amenities were fab!!! Such a great spot. I don't understand why other reviewers hated it so much.
