Australian Motorhome Tourist Park is located in the beautiful Port Stephens area and situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley's many fine tourist attractions. Only a short drive from the Hunter Valley Vineyards, the Stockton sand dunes, the Myall Lakes, Newcastle foreshore and shopping centres and the beautiful beaches of Port Stephens. If you are exploring the east coast we are conveniently located on the Pacific Highway, 18km (10 min) north of Raymond Terrace and 10km (5 min) south of Karuah. We specialise in first class, easy to navigate, drive-thru powered sites and on most occasions you can stay hooked up to your van or vehicle. Motorhomes, 5th wheelers, caravans, tents and camper vans of all sizes are accommodated for. If you prefer unpowered camping, we also have sites for those who like to get back to nature. Camp fires are allowed in designated areas. We are a dog and pet friendly park.

We stayed here in April for two weeks. The first week was very wet which contributed to the muddy sites, long grass, smell and unclean amenities. When the weather cleared the grounds staff were out in force, the amenities cleanliness improved and the smell disappeared. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The library was great.

Drove in and drove out due to the smell, will stay at the free camp up the road.

Can't speak to the toilet blocks but we stayed here last night in a cabin. The cabins are brand new with 2 aircons and 2 TVs. Double bed and two singles, show, toilet bathroom and kitchen built in. Pet friendly, can recommend! $150 overnight.
