Top spot for a chat and a beer with Peter. Please slow down as you enter town. Jack the dog loves to chase cars. He's already been hit once and didn't learn his lesson.

There's a giant yabby out front. Kinda cool. Peter who runs the pub from his wheelchair. Free camping out the back. Power supplied. There is showers and toilets but as Pete is in a wheelchair and in his own, the amenities are not very clean and stained from the bore water. But for free it's fine. Come and support the pub. It's a true piece of Australian history. Oldest mud brick pub in Australia apparently.

Well worth the stop, we spent a night here and had a few drinks in the pub. Peter is a interesting host and is always on the go serving you or keeping the fire going. If you know anything about bore water, it leaves a brown stain which is hard to remove.if that is a problem maybe you should stay in the big cities.
