Disappointing. Beautiful property with endless potential but poorly maintained. Old vehicles/ machinery/ used furniture and rubbish everywhere and almost knee length grass. Very casual communication & never meet the owners. Advertised as drinking water available but when I sent the owner a message and asked to top up our tanks I didn't receive a reply for more than 24hrs, then the question was never answered? Value for money at $20night and great position to explore the coast and Batemans Bay but I wouldn't stay again. When passing through definitely check out East Lynne service station 'FUEL' 2-3km down the road for the best coffee and sweet and savory pies plus an amazing collection of vintage motorbikes.

This farm stay is beautiful, nice walk or riding areas. Highly recommended.

Great place. Big grassed area to park or camp. If nice weather can drive down and camp by the river nice and flat. Unfortunately we had 2 days of relentless rain. Thankfully they had a large shed and we could use the overhang/undercover area with a fire pit to cook on and sit around so so We weren't trapped inside our van!! A real life saver in the weather! Gate can be a little tricky to find - use and trust google maps! (We put the address in our Hema and missed it. A real pain to turn around especially if you are driving from Batemans Bay! If approaching heading towards Batemans bay thenit is immediately after Brockmann Creek and driveway opposite "overtaking lane" sign
