Bookings are essential for all stays. You are required contact the Office on (02) 6227 9626 during office hours 10am-4pm 7 days per week to make a booking.
There are no powered sites at the reserves in Wee Jasper. Camping is considered 'primitive'. Phone service is also limited.
Swinging Bridge Reserve is the perfect place for fishing. Although fishing is permitted at all of the reserves, Swinging Bridge has deeper water that is also great for swimming too. This reserve has flushing and drop toilets and camping spots that are right on the water, with plenty of shade available. The reserve is suitable for all types of camping.
There is a range of small goods in the Office located at Billy Grace Reserve such as ice, gas refills, 3 day fishing licenses as well as small packaged lollies, merchandise and the bare necessities. The rubbish compound is located at Billy Grace and all campers are responsible for their own rubbish, which means either bringing it back to Billy Grace Reserve to the rubbish compound, or taking it home with you.
Dog friendly. At no time is your dog permitted on the properties neighbouring the reserves. These neighbouring properties may use 1080 fox bait to control pests at particular times of the year.

Fantastic spot by the river. Can be noisy next to parts of it but a really beautiful reserve and great to go down to the waterfall and swimming holes at Micalong creek. Really clean long drops and the option of flushing toilets at the reserve by the office. 1st April meant we could have a fire in the pots they came and dropped round, magical ! I do think it's very expensive for unpowered - we paid $42 a night for a family of 4. I guess you're paying for the reserve and access to a great spot but it does seem excessive.
