The Kemps
Called up on new years eve and arrived a few hours later. Janelle and David made us feel welcome. We packed up in our own time on new years day and were not pushed out. We had our caravan up on the range, the view was spectacular and we were greeted when we woke with the friendly miniature ponies. David spent two hours in the morning showing us around, feeding the animals and telling us the history of the area. The children loved feeding and playing with the baby goats and deer. Up on the range you are a long way from the toilet so best you have your own or request to camp closer. Highly recommended if you are happy to not have fancy facilities.

Great place to hang out with the animals. I fell in love with the miniature goats. The owners are amazingly friendly and welcoming, and spent a lot of time showing us around. We helped to feed the babies and milk the mum goats. The camping is basic but good. We camped in the Fairydale paddock, which we shared with some miniature horses and cows. Lovely view from the campsite. Toilets available, and showers at an extra cost.

What a great place! We stayed a night in the bunkhouse and loved the rustic feel to it (heated bedroom and electric blankets a great feature for cold winter nights). The number of animals is amazing and my daughter absolutely loved interacting with them and seeing them all. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Camp sites on the hill give amazing sunset views. We will definitely be back
