It was nice away from the road surrounded by scrub. We found the gravel area rather than the red mud. Only 2 other vans here. You have to be self contained.

Good overnighter. Plenty of space on firm flat ground. Not a lot of road noise once it got dark.

Chateau Bateau de Wheels
We just stopped for morning tea. What a great spot with room out the back and off the road. Only problem is the amount of rubbish on the ground in the front section it was really disappointing to see especially when there were plenty of bins around. Please fellow travellers be respectful of these 'free areas'
