Description
The only campground at the southern end of Crowdy Bay National Park, Crowdy Gap campground is located behind the sand dunes on the edge of Crowdy Bay on the site of an old dairy farm. The beach is just a short walk away.
There are 10 unpowered sites suitable for tents, camper trailers, caravans and camping beside your vehicle. Sites are marked and most sites are suitable for tents only. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles (including caravans and camper trailers for vehicle-based sites) per site.
Facilities include picnic tables, barbecue facilities, carpark, cold showers and toilets. Each campsite has a fire ring with hot plate. Drinking water is not available so you'll need to bring your own supply.
Park entry fees are not included in your camping fees. Book online or call the National Parks Contact Centre on 1300 072 757. Park entry fees are payable at the campground through the self-registration envelopes (cash only) or at the Diamond Head campground onsite office.
Gathering firewood, generators, pets and smoking are not permitted.

Very nice camp-site lots of options picnic BBQ available 2 easier to access spots can see getting busy as only quick walk to the beach, 2wd access $24/night only ocean noise, bins, open showers and toilets all available very nice campsite

Empty campsite, only campers there. Short walk to the beach and outdoor showers available, would recommend!

Great little campground. Good access to a lovely beach. Quiet secluded spot. ATM road is rough getting to camp area
