Great pub right on the Darling. Very friendly owners and staff. 2 days ago arrived in our caravan at lunchtime from Louth and both had a delicious steak sandwich with chips. We decided to stay over the road at the common and return for dinner. A great t-bone steak with veg. Plenty of water around. Some roads closed due to flooding. Check with places around before heading there. Couldn't head south to Wilcannia either side of the Darling due to flooded roads closed so had to head straight down to the highway.

This is one of my favorite outback pubs. Great meals and great drinks with wonderful people. Had a yarn with a local farmer, so interesting. Good free camp across road with great toilets and hot showers. East road is still closed due to wet but west was open with caution. Pretty easy run on the dirt. Wrote our names on wall next to our sons from 2016.
