Offering free WiFi, a shared lounge and rooftop area with outdoor sitting area. All our hostel shared rooms include safe locker in room and bed linen provided. This self-catering hostel features a large communal rooftop terrace with a outdoor seating area covered from rain. There are various social areas to meet new people, make friends, learn and have fun. Board games are available. Large TV with huge library of movies & shows available. Guest laundry facilities is available and we also have a tour desk. All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking, however guests may smoke on the rooftop or at the front of the building.
Sydney Star Backpackers Hostel is in a great location with lively, vibrant neighbourhood - 7 minutes' walk from Kings Cross station; 12 minutes' walk from St James, short walking distance to countless bars, restaurants and clubs of Kings Cross, CBD, Circular Quay, Opera House, Botanical Gardens, Harbour Bridge, Oxford Street, Hyde Park and Pitt Street Mall. It is 15 minutes' bus ride to Bondi Beach. Easy access from Sydney Airport (Sydney Kingsford Smith) by train, bus, or Airport Shuttle (please contact us for more information). Tickets for the shuttle service to the airport are available for purchase at reception.
