Description

The white beach and turquoise waters of this wide, sheltered bay are a must-see and a great place to enjoy water-based activities. The sheltered bay is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, surfing and launching small boats. Be aware that these beaches are notoriously treacherous for vehicles and it is easy to become bogged in the most innocent looking wet or dry sand. Ask the ranger about surface conditions and tides. If you drive your four-wheel-drive vehicle onto the beach, beware of pedestrians and drive slowly. Normal road rules apply. Bookings are essential. Sites are unpowered and suitable for tents, camper trailers, motorhomes and caravans. NO CAMPFIRES or solid fuel appliances (including stoves, barbeques and heaters) at any time. Campers´ own liquid or gas fuel barbeques, stoves and heaters can be used at any time, unless a total fire ban has been declared. Generators permitted 8am-1pm and 5pm-9pm. Pets are not permitted.

Lovely place but not a kangaroo to be seen. Did the walk over to thistle Cove. Very clean toilets and showers. Had an awesome spot down the front.

Fantastic campground, excellent facilities. A bit of weed to the west end of the beach, but this didn't take away from the amazing aqua blue water and scenic views. Salmon were on, we caught 2 big ones off the beach. Were also lucky enough to see the kangaroos jump past while we were fishing. A must see beach! @manns on the move

Great campground. Love how WA does their NP's! Fantastic camp kitchen. HOT SHOWERS, long drops. Good sized sites and great views of the bay from the top of the camp ground. Also good spot to launch the tinny on a calm day. Roo's do jump around the sites if you leave food out, saw them get into someone's platter

Another fantastic park. Hot showers (just don't be last in). Perfect beach and the Roo's are there every day. 4WD on the beach for fishing and kids had a ball on the boogie board.
