The white beach and turquoise waters of this wide, sheltered bay are a must-see and a great place to enjoy water-based activities. The sheltered bay is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, surfing and launching small boats. Be aware that these beaches are notoriously treacherous for vehicles and it is easy to become bogged in the most innocent looking wet or dry sand. Ask the ranger about surface conditions and tides. If you drive your four-wheel-drive vehicle onto the beach, beware of pedestrians and drive slowly. Normal road rules apply. Bookings are essential. Sites are unpowered and suitable for tents, camper trailers, motorhomes and caravans. NO CAMPFIRES or solid fuel appliances (including stoves, barbeques and heaters) at any time. Campers´ own liquid or gas fuel barbeques, stoves and heaters can be used at any time, unless a total fire ban has been declared. Generators permitted 8am-1pm and 5pm-9pm. Pets are not permitted.

Lucky Bay is beautiful!! Very clean well thought out campground. Fantastic picnic and camp kitchens. 5 Stars from us..

Beautiful peaceful campground at this time of year. Generous sites well spaced. Limited ammenities but clean & hot showers if sunny. Kangaroos roaming through campsite. Loved coastal walk to Hellfire Bay.

Beautiful campground with clean amenities. Campground hosts are super friendly and check in on arrival. Sites were nice and big, whole campground very well kept. Had on and off wifi throughout the campground. Do note that showers are only hot when it's sunny. We had 3 overcast rainy days..brrr
