Stubbs Park Sporting Ground, Bahr Rd, Dumbleyung, Western Australia

(08) 9863 4012

This free campground is for self contained visitors and you may stay up to 72 hours. The community is welcoming and very small. The designated area is dog friendly and is accessible to RVs, caravans and big rigs which includes a dump point. The area is shared with the local sporting clubs who pay the utilities for their sporting grounds. Currently they are trying to fundraise for much needed maintenance. Please be kind and bring your own water and use your own facilities so the rising costs don't cripple the struggling community sporting groups. A very vibrant and friendly community embracing tourism! As this camp is free to stay, please pick up rubbish when you are on your way. Your little bit of kindness to shop in town helps little businesses grow stronger.

Great place to stay with plenty of area available to spread out close to historic pub and small town. Take the time and visit the pub and Main Street to explore the history of this interesting little town.

Great free camp with lots of level space. Lovely town with friendly locals and staff at the road house when we got our fuel. Thanks Dumbleyung! We'll be back.

The Admiral

Great place. Very large area to camp. Walking distance to hotel and town. Well done Dumbleyung.

Gerties Track

Large flat ground only ones here, lovely little town lighted path to hotel next to field short walk to town. And of course the pesky flies.

The Aussie Nomads

Free self contained camping and dump point only the community is very welcoming and small. Please be mindful that no water or ablutions are provided as this is for the sporting grounds and funded by the sporting groups who are trying to fundraise for much needed maintenance so heightened bills for water can be crippling. To ensure these areas continue to be provided please help the sporting clubs by not using their precious resources. By Bringing your own water it helps small sporting clubs survive.

Lovely grassy spot with dump point, toilets and water available. 5 min walk to town. There is a community garden with many fruits and vegetables growing available for a gold coin donation. Must go to Along came Henry cafe in the information centre and try the lemon meringue pie, delicious. Cafe not open Saturdays.

A good spot on flat grass although a bit dry at the moment Had a very good meal at the pub with good hosts. It was good to watch the Donald Campbell video in town.

Great place on lovely grass. Nice friendly town. Walk to the GODI for a meal or drink.

Lovely area to stop. Grass area with lots of room and close to town. Quiet. Thank you for providing this space. It was wet and windy so didn't get across to the tavern. Very close so would be great.

Great camp and good pub next door
