This is a very nice area we always make a donation and spend plenty in town .Well done Gundagai
Great place for overnight stop. Room for bigger vans on level ground. Walking distance to town and historic bridges. Toilet block 5 min walk away.
Loved this place! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back.
Lovely spot with fabulous view of the two historic bridges. Walk to town. Dump point and fresh water at the Railway Station but beware, the area us covered in doggy doos so watch where you tread.
Spent a lovely quiet night here last night, only 2vans and 3 cars with rooftop tents. Plenty of room for big rigs. Loved Gundagai, very friendly people and the bakery is fabulous.
Suitable site for o/night. First in principle for small area. Access is easy to toilet in park, to local facilities & shops. Can recommend.
What a great find .... short walk to RSL for a nice relaxed dinner on Sunday night ( nothing else open). Road noise eventually quietened. Not to crowded. We'll use this again and spend more time in town.
Thank you Gundagai. Brilliant overnight stop. Closer to old railway bridge. Near beautiful gum trees and cows in paddock.. Walked into town to Supermarket. Very safe also with others camping overnight.. TV reception excellent so too Telstra mobile..
Good safe quiet spot .Walk to town . Clean Toilets near playground across road . Took in the history of the town .Left donation. Found some bargains in the general clothing store
Good spot for a overnight. We stayed in a tent and was fine, but we left early. Just a bit of trucks noise. Tks Gundagai!
Stayed two nights. Had a nice drive around the area. Bought two lots of groceries and petrol in town too. There are toilets in park across the road.
What a lovely spot this is, highly recommend. Got in late & pulled out early & forgot all about donating but we did spend $120- in town. Well be back.
Beautiful spot under the old bridge, we backed up into the corner and relaxed around our camp fire. Enjoyed a walk through the paddocks next morning. Would of stayed longer if we could of.
Lovely spot to camp. Thank you Gundagai!!
Nice little spot for half a dozen vans beside creek, plenty of shade & traffic noise, a short walk uphill to shops, pubs, town & museum plus Anzac memorial & play park with toilets just over the road. Ranger calls daily, no amenities, dogs ok on leads & after clean up. Nice walk areas nearby. Donations please.
Great overnighter. Donation box as you drive in. Easy walk to town. Great meals at Pub. Nice stay.
Great spot to camp. Easy walk to town, restocked the pantry. Very restful.
Good spot to stay. Level ground, walk to town.
Great camp ,watched a game of cricket, didnt need to put diesel in car but put $100 due to a free camp in town,we will be back,
Nice little camp, easy walk into the town.
Lovely spot. Busy last night with 14 vans. Enjoyed a couple of drinks at the pub and did some shopping. Dump point at the old railway station also has drinking water tap.
Great camp stayed two nights walk to town
Very nice for overnight stop. Toilets across the road at the playground, very clean
Great camp for a night or two, just walk to town very friendly people in town quiet location
Did not stay but saw it when checking out Historical Old Bridges in town. Looks lovely. Thankyou Gundagai. Donation I believe.
Lively peaceful spot. Not much water in the creek. We rode out to Showground and then around to old Railway station and had a look thru the museum. All very relaxing. 4 vans in total. Plenary of room and shade.
This is a great spot for camping. A mixture of caravans, campers and busses.Dont forget to have a walk around town as they have done amazing work around the Main Street.A must visit is Anzac Park at the oval (opposite the free camp)
Great spot for an onight stop, Melb - Sydney, shade, ducks & views of wonderful old trestle bridge across the Murrumbidgee flood plain
Nice spot by the creek but not much water atm. Gundagai show is on this weekend and entrance is alongside this park so it will be a bit noisy with traffic going over the cattle grid. Short walk to the toilets over the road in the park. Also water tap near bins. Dump point up near railway museum. 2 lookouts with great views of town. Woolies in town.
Great stop, easy access to toilet in park across road, town facilities. Not a lot of space but just need to ask those there 'May we park near you?' And most tend to oblige. Ok for small to medium rigs, fifth wheelers at a pinch.
